Day 1: Departure

Destination: Kandy - Drive: Approximately 3 Hours (112 km)

On arrival you will be met and assisted by our Airport Representative, introduced to the dedicated chauffeur and will probably be transferred to the beautiful city of Kandy. En route you will visit the spice garden in Mawanella.

Once you arrive in Kandy, then you will be checked in at the resort. The tour around the city of Kandy will commence as soon as you are refreshed and rested.

Kandy, the bustling hill country capital is now a UNESCO World Heritage Site due to its historical importance. It is renowned for its Temple of the Tooth, which home the most sacred religious relic - the tooth of the Buddha. The beautiful Kandy Lake (built in 1807) and also the historical Peradeniya Botanical Garden are just a couple of the key elements that are contributing to the imperial elegance of Kandy City.

In the evening you will visit the holy Temple of the Tooth Relic, continue to enjoy a Kandyan cultural show hosted at the Kandyan Arts & Cultural Centre. The show features the graceful and rhythmic dancers and drummers culminating in an impressive fire walking display.

Day 2

Destination: Kithulgala - Drive: Approximately 1 ½ Hours (80 km)

After breakfast Leave for Kithulgala, a small town perched on the hills which slope down to the flowing waters of the Kelani River. Enjoy an exciting day of white water rafting, and on completion head back to your hotel in Kandy.

Day 3

Destination: Sigiriya - Drive: Approximately 1 ½ hours (92 km)

After a hearty breakfast we will begin the day four by climbing the stone fortress called Sigiriya - a 5th Century "Fortress in the Sky". Built by King Kassapa that the fortress was a Royal Citadel for more than 18 years. The lion stone (A UNESCO WORLD HERITAGE SITE) is a citadel of unusual beauty, rising 200 metres from the scrub jungle. The base of the rock is ringed by a moat and rampart and extensive gardens including the renowned water gardens. The majestic Lion's Paw picturesquely protects the stairway of the palace on the summit. See the renowned frescoes of the "Heavenly maidens" of Sigiriya in a sheltered pocket of the stone along with the 10 foot high Mirror Wall.

Destination: Dambulla - Drive : Approximately ½ Hour (25km)

After breakfast head for Dambulla and explore the famous Golden Rock Cave temple, which was declared a UNESCO World Heritage Site.

A sacred pilgrimage site for 22 centuries, this cave monastery, a vast Isolated rock mass with its five caverns is the largest best preserved cave-temple complicated in Sri Lanka.

The Buddhist mural paintings (covering a Place of 2,100 sq. meters) are Of particular importance as would be the 157 statues including a 47 foot long statue of the recumbent Buddha.

Destination: Habarana - Drive : Approximately ½ an hour (24 km)

Next in line is the city of Habarana - a small village with superior resort accommodations, the greenest sceneries along with also a focal point for all the ancient sites. Check in at your hotel on arrival and you may spend the remainder of the evening at leisure.

Day 4

Destination : Trincomalee - Drive : Approximately 2 ½ Hours (85 km)

After breakfast leave for Trincomalee. Located on the East Coast of the Island, the city of Trincomalee is built on a peninsula, which divides the inner and outside harbor. With clean and inviting aquamarine waters and beautiful White shores, it is an ideal location for Swimming, Wind Surfing, and Scuba

Day 5

Destination : Trincomalee - Drive : N/A

The day is dedicated to absorb the miracle of the city of Trincomalee. Located on the pristine white eastern coastal line of Sri Lanka, this is really a time Dedicated just for one to sit back and relax, tanning on the bright side of this isle.

Day 6

Destination : Arugam Bay - Drive : Approximately 6½ Hours (250km)

After enjoying a rich breakfast, then we will be leaving to the famed beach -- Arugam Bay, which is located on the East Coast of the country. The wide Sweeping sandy beach is an attraction for swimming all year-round, and an It is the surfing period in Arugam Bay starts in April and ends in October. During the season the wind is predominantly offshore.

Destination : Arugam Bay- Drive : N/A

Day 9

Destination : Yala - Drive : Approximately 4 ½ Hours (210km)

After breakfast, descend in the sunny beach of Arugam Bay to the jungles of Yala.

On arrival in Yala, check in at the hotel. In the day commence a Yala National park is one of Sri Lanka's premier eco tourist Destinations and is renowned for its variety of wildlife notably for elephants and Sri Lankan Leopards. It is also home to the Spotted Deer, Sambar, Wild Buffalo, Sloth Bear, Jackal, Mongoose and Crocodiles. The Peacock is easily the Most Well-known of The birds in this park. Yala has a high concentration of Leopards though Seeing these nocturnal carnivores still requires some luck.

Day 10

Destination : Colombo - Drive : Approximately 8 Hours (305 km)

Drive through the commercial city Centre called the "Fort", which is built by the Portuguese in the 16th century in which expansive colonial era buildings stand alongside modern office structures. See the vibrant markets and bazaars of Pettah, and also the National Museum with its fine collection of lovely antiques and art of Sri Lanka. You could visit a Buddhist temple and a Hindu Kovil to experience the diversity of Religion, ethnicity and customs of those people. Alternatively you may indulge in some shopping.

Day 11

Destination : Airport - Drive : Approximately 1Hour (35km)

Now that you are at the end of your journey with us, after breakfast your chauffeur will comfortably take you to the international airport in time for your departure flight.
